Refund Policy
Custom Orders
Custom orders are created to your specifications, and as such, they are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a defective or damaged custom item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt with details and photos of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve the situation, including offering a replacement if necessary.
Returns on Stocked Items
For stocked items, we offer a 14-day return policy:
- Eligibility: To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received them.
- Return Process: Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return. Once the return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. Include your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, including arranging a replacement or refund if needed.
International Orders
For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping costs. Delivery times for international shipments may vary based on customs clearance and destination country.
